The Emergency First Response (EFR)course teaches you essential life-saving skills that anyone can learn. Whether you're a diver or not, this internationally recognised training prepares you to handle emergencies with confidence and care.

This course covers Primary Care (CPR)and Secondary Care (First Aid)through easy-to-follow steps and realistic scenario practice. It’s ideal for divers needing to meet PADI Rescue Diver prerequisites – and for anyone who wants to be ready to help in case of a medical emergency.

Primary Care (CPR) includes:


  • Scene assessment & safety

  • CPR for adults and children

  • Use of barriers to reduce infection risk

  • Serious bleeding, shock, and spinal injury management

  • Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)


Secondary Care (First Aid) includes:

  • Injury and illness assessment

  • Bandaging and wound care

  • Splinting fractures and dislocations
